Alchemist

You are speaking

to me

and always

listening

You have answered

before

my questions are

even formed

in every creature

the Life inside

is You

the Fire in every fire

the Light in ever light

the Soul in every soul

You touch a withered,

dead thing

and make it resplendent

like a forest

thick with orchids

the ailment You give

is the medicine

for its cure

all slime

in Your palm

grows lotuses

all dust

in Your hands

turns to gold
